Cole and Dash run every Conway Ross project. We answer the call, walk the site, write the quote, schedule the work, and stand behind the result. The trade work itself is executed by specialists we have chosen and worked with: the right roofer for roofing, the right mason for masonry. One quote, one number, one warranty.

Dashiell Ross

Co-founder

Dashiell ran finance and operations for a commercial construction subcontractor before starting Conway Ross. He handled budgets, projections, cash flow planning, supplier and creditor relationships, and the strategic calls that come with helping run a real business.

He is also a senior at SMU's Cox School of Business studying finance.

At Conway Ross he handles the back-office side: quotes, contracts, scheduling, books, and the long-tail planning that keeps a job from drifting off the rails.

If your project needs a hard conversation about scope, schedule, or budget, that conversation usually comes from him.

Cole Conway

Co-founder

Cole is a senior at Sacred Heart University studying finance.

He has four years of hands-on construction experience: pool building with a specialty contractor, plus a stint at McCoy's Building Supply in Bryan, Texas, where he started as a load puller and went on to oversee yard operations.

At Conway Ross, Cole runs point on customer relationships. If you call or text us, you are probably talking to him.

He walks every site, scopes every job, and stays the consistent point of contact from first call through final walk-through.

   First call

   You call, text, or email. We answer the same day, or first thing the next business day. We ask what you are trying to get done and roughly when.

   Walk-through

   Cole, Dash, or both of us come out, along with the right specialist if the scope needs one. We walk the space, listen, and talk through what you actually need. No high-pressure pitch.

3. 03

   Honest quote

   We write up a real number with a clear scope. No "starting at" pricing. If something is uncertain, we flag it instead of burying it.

4. 04

   Schedule and execute

   Once you sign off, we book the work, line up the right team for the scope, and stay on it through completion. You will hear from us at every milestone. Changes get documented, not assumed.

   Walk-through and warranty

   Final walk-through is in person. We fix punch-list items before we leave. Our work is warrantied and we stand behind it.

   After the job

   We stay reachable. Most of our work comes from past customers calling us back for the next thing. That only happens if we earned it the first time.
